Who Is Dr. Dennis Ondrejka, Ph.D.

Dr. Dennis Ondrejka is known as a “Liberator of Human Potential.” With extensive experience in academia, healthcare, and leading men’s and couples’ weekend retreats, as well as practicing as a HoKomI-Shadow clinician, Dr. Ondrejka is well-equipped to guide individuals or groups in their personal growth. He has 30 years of experience leading Human Potential workshops that help men and women uncover the deeper reasons they are not reaching their full potential or becoming their desired selves. Dr. Ondrejka has been a member-leader of 55 men’s retreats and has co-led a dozen couples’ weekends with his wife, Terri. He continues to assist in building professional nursing practices in Vietnam, working with universities and healthcare systems since 2002 and as recently as 2025. His Servant Leadership book will be translated into Vietnamese in 2026.

Dennis Ondrejka is a futurist for healthcare with a baccalaureate and master’s degree in nursing and a Ph.D. in higher education. His extensive lifelong study of religions and the history of Christianity has earned him an honorary doctorate and a deep understanding of various religious beliefs and rituals, giving him deep insights into his book, “AI’s In Search of Jesus.”

Tom Thibodeau is the Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University and was voted the best professor in La Crosse.

He is a nationally recognized speaker who provides leadership and organizational culture development consulting services to health systems, college systems, school systems, large cooperatives, communities, and organizations of all sizes across the United States.

For over 20 years, Tom has actively served the La Crosse community through his leadership on several community boards and committees, as well as his role as founder and active member at Place of Grace, a local Catholic Worker House.
